How much will I need for a Bali holiday?

I'm going on a three week holiday to Bali with my mum and staying in ubud at a hotel approx. $100 night , how much will I need for food, activities , tours , will be doing lots of shopping and going to various places like Bali safari park etc. How much will I need for about 21 days ?
