Can I switch Verizon contracts so I can get a new phone?

My mom's contract for her Verizon enV3 is up, but she wants to keep her phone. My contract for my Blackberry Tour is up in November, but it is broken and I want to get the Incredible 2. Is it possible switch my contract with my mom's so I can get a new phone without paying a termination fee?
