It's summer. I'm an attractive Guy and just turned 18 so..... What's a good...?

Anime show I can watch that will keep me interested? Something that I can get REALLY attached to the characters with a lot of drama.. Something mature and nothing filtered. Nothing dubbed/english. I already have seen naruto and bleach isn't really for me. I have seen a bit of full metal alchemist but sometimes I get bored with it.. Any other suggestions? I also like good action, but it's not a MUST.
