What anime should I watch?

I really liked Full Metal Alchemist (+Brotherhood), and Soul Eater. I sorta liked Bleach. Didn't like Gunslinger Girl or Marmalade boy. Preferably no vampire ****, unless it's REALLY good. Like ground-breaking. Also, I would really rather watch things that dont look too animated, but not too real. Like in FMA and SoulEater. Um, I think thats it. Thanks ^u^
