Are floor seats at a concert always first come?

I am going to Rihanna's Loud Tour in Dallas at the American Airlines Center and I was wondering how they regulate where people stand. My ticket says row G section 10 but I think it is a standing area. I want to get their super early if there is a chance I can get front row! Has anyone been to the American Airlines Center in Dallas for a concert that could explain how seating works on the floor? And i know for sure I am on the floor.
